“Traveling outgrows its motives. It soon proves sufficient in itself.
You think you are making a trip, but soon it is making you - or unmaking you.”

– Nicolas Bouvier, The Way of the World

Disclaimer: following a reform in Belgian artistic work laws, I will no longer accept freelance work after January first 2024.

Photographer, TV cameraman and video-editor with a passion for the documentary approach, I also maintain a creative, sometimes oneiric side which will no doubt permeate through the varying portfolios you will find on these pages.

As a photographer, I offer a range of services such as live events photography (concerts, theatre), portrait work (usually in natural light), weddings (and other ceremonies), travel and illustrative photography, and finally, photojournalistic reportage.

As a videomaker, I propose short, documentary-style works for promotional and informational purposes. In my video work, I pay a particular attention to balancing form and substance with the creation of meaningful content as ultimate objective.

Being also a teacher and media educator, I am perfectly suited to accompany adults and/or children through their projects. This aspect of my work is one that I greatly value, for transmission of skills is to me, a source of immense satisfaction.

My personal projects often bring me to question the idea of identity, as travels bring forced changes in the image we make of (and for) ourselves as a culture, as well as the image we make of others.
